**Cancellation & Refund Policy**
**1. Appointments & Consultations**
– You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge if you provide us with at least **24 hours’ notice**.
– If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to attend your appointment (a “no-show”), the full fee for the appointment will be charged and is non-refundable.
**2. Specialist Packages & programmes**
– Due to the bespoke nature of our packages and the significant resources allocated upon booking, cancellations are subject to the following terms:
– Cancellation more than 14 days before the start date: Full refund.
– Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before the start date: 50% refund.
– Cancellation less than 7 days before the start date: No refund.
**3. Membership programmes**
– Annual membership fees are paid in advance and are **non-refundable**.
– If you wish to cancel your membership, you will continue to have access to the benefits for the remainder of the annual period you have paid for, but no pro-rata refund will be issued.
**4. Laboratory Tests**
– Once a sample has been collected and sent to our laboratory (or our EU partner lab) for analysis, the cost of the test is **non-refundable**.
